Trails will not only "bump up up to the property but trails have access by going into the development which eventually will inevitably cause the enforcement of parking restrictions within the community or gating of the community essentially making access an "Exclusive" right of the development! The trails are now showing as being INCORPORATED into the land that supposedly is being set as a "green (brown) belt around the property be really is part of Whiting Ranch.

This is a pic of one of the species of special concern ( Red Diamondback Rattlesnake crotaus ruber) found on the site that was missed by the environmental study and could be potentially bulldozed over and trapped to die underground.
I think that we need to discuss the trails and wildlife issues with The Sierra Club and enlist their help!
